Solid but doesn't sparkle

This pot is definitely solid and commercial grade, but the finish is lacking. Yes it is stainless steel, but the interior was hardly what I would call a polished finish. There are still groves from the machining, which I hope doesn't make this pot difficult to clean. Note in the photo the polished finish at the top, don't expect yours to look like this!

Beautiful, well made and Huge

Shipping time from Chef's Pal was amazing I ordered it at midnight on Tuesday and it arrived Thursday morning!!! I assume Chef's Pal is relatively close to me...The pot is as well made as everyone else has said, perfect condition, nice finish, well riveted handles.The pot is much bigger than I imagined and somewhat bigger than the product specs - in inches, not capacity. It is 15" around, not the 14" claimed. I will post pictures of it on my stovetop in case that is helpful for anyone.

I'm using mine for brewing beer on an 1800 watt induction cooktop, and it's working beautifully. The difference in quality compared to the cheapy 5 gallon pot I picked up locally is remarkable, night and day. My pot looks exactly as pictured, so no issues with the finish here.
