Double Boiler Insert

This insert fits into more than one size of pan. It's nice and sturdy and very easy to clean. I like the fact that it holds two quarts of milk sufficently. It was not easy to find a double boiler that was this size. Most I found were smaller and less durable.

Good Double Boiler

Nice thin metal, does what it's supposed to do. Seals nicely with a couple different pots I have.Now I understand why my mother and grandmother used round double boilders instead of these stepped kind.This pot is a PITA to clean. Scalded milk clings to the steps and takes a bit of elbow grease to get clean.Overall I like it, just not cleaning it.
