Disappointing

I purchased the multi-cooker and LOVED it. Then it broke after 9 months of use. No light is on when plug in the power. I called customer service and they told me send back. After 3-4 weeks I sent it back nobody contacted me. I called again, they told me that my pressure cooker was not well maintained and it was damaged in transit, it is not covered in warrenty. I am sure they are lying. I packed and sent back in UPS, how it can damaged. and I did not use the cooker offen and it was very well maintained. Stay away from Fagor America!

Product great - customer service lousy

I ordered a Fagor multicooker early 2010. When it worked it was terrific -it's a slow cooker, rice cooker, steamer and pressure cooker. I loved it and used it several times a week. (Made fabulous and easy rissoto). HOWEVER, it stopped working about a year after I bought it. I have sent 3 emails to their customer service have received no answer from any of them. Therefore, I would stong suggest you not order any Fagor products.
