This Induction Heat Diffuser Plate is available in 2 sizes and provides a heating surface of 5 5/8" for the smaller and 8 3/4" for the larger size. Both sizes include an removable athermic handle that can be used to safely move the induction diffuser plate from and to the cooktop.
This versatile product will serve you 3 different functions:
1.) Will work on induction stoves and enable any non-induction cookware such as aluminum, cooper, non-induction steel, etc to be used on your induction stove.
2.) Can be used as a heat diffuser (simmer ring) to distribute and lower the heat to allow gentle heating for the preparation of sauces, melting, etc. For this purpose, our induction diffuser plate can be used on induction, gas, electric, glass or ceramic cook tops.
3.) Can be used as a cook top trivet to allow small pans or espresso makers to securely stand on gas stoves, crossbars or any hob.

Good Quality Poor Performance
By Avid Amazoner
I bought the Frabosk 8 3/4" and the 5 5/8" plate for use with my Electrolux Induction Range.Pro's: They're very nice looking and very well madeCon's: Although they work, they don't work well. The heat transfer is v...e...r...y sloooooow! I could not get the toast for a grilled cheese to brown. I could boil water - slowly. And the handles go through and are unusable while heating which kind of makes the handles useless.

Induction Heat Diffusor Plate
By Michael Coyote
This item is simply an attractive stainless plate which is made in Italy. The supplier shipped the item quickly and it was packaged nicely. I have used this item with both an induction cooker and with a hiking stove and it performed well using either.

Size matters
By Sara Davis
The diffuser plate is costly (which is why I got the smaller size though I wish I had the larger) but still cheaper than replacing all my favorite pots which otherwise couldn't be used with my induction cooktop.
